This scene corresponds to the documentary Animals Are Beautiful People , filmed in South Africa and released in 1974. It shows all kinds of drunken animals, and even with a hangover.
But apparently it was a director Jamie Uys assembly, since it has been shown that this does not occur in nature, or could occur. Most fruit-eating animals, they do when ripe, not when it is fermented, and an elephant drunk would take much alcohol, not counting the elephants drink too much water a day, so it would dilute the alcohol that may be of the fruit.
This myth is just a humanization of animals.
